Is Your Workplace Violating Federal Regulations?
Fair Labor Standards Act and the Minimum Wage
According to the US Department of Labor’s Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA):
Every employer of employees subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act’s minimum wage provisions must post, and keep posted, a notice explaining the Act in a conspicuous place in all of their establishments so as to permit employees to readily read it. The content of the notice is prescribed by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor. An approved copy of the minimum wage poster is made available for informational purposes or for employers to use as posters.
This means that any business that is subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act must display the most recent and up to date information on minimum wage requirements.
Make sure you’re up to date with the most recent changes in the Fair Labor Standard Act by ordering the most up to date Minimum Wage poster for your business. Contact Capital Office Products and place your order today.
